Balancing Health and Fitness while working FT

I'm currently an undergrad and one thing I'm really passionate about is my body and being fit (for narcissistic and health purposes), but one thing I'm slightly worried about is balancing work, exercising, and healthy eating. I get that you have to sacrifice some things in your life to get ahead. But is it possible to workout 4 days a week, decent sleep, and eat healthy all while working FT? What are your guys' experience with health and fitness while working in a stringent field like IB or PE?

Depends on your definition of "decent sleep", but not really possible in IB other than weeks that are very slow. Best shot is trying to slide out for 45min - 1h in the late afternoon when things tend to be slower. Otherwise you'll have to sacrifice sleep to consistently work out 4 days/week. Eating healthy is relatively easy - you have the money to buy salads for lunch and can order from pretty much anywhere for dinner.

Since joining PE has been easier to balance working out and sleep, but have traveled a lot more which throws a wrench in it all...
