Also how do I get around JPM networking? half of them don't work using first.x.last@JPMorgan or first.last@JPMorgan because of the middle intial...
Most of the time there is no "front desk" other than the one in the main lobby, and those guys usually will not connect you to a banker upstairs.
Your second question has been asked a thousand and one times on this forum. The answer is no, there is no way to get around the middle initial without trying every letter of the alphabet.
main lobby has actually connected me at quite a number of the bulge brackets. and i've had decent response rates to people who didn't respond to my emails.
just that boa and JPM don't even list numbers. i don't overdo it though, like 1 or 2 people a day
