Bank Connected with me on Suited; Next steps?

After a bank “connects” with you on Suited, is there any way to be proactive and reach out to them to push for next steps?

All I can see right now is that a MM connected with me - no contact info, no specific group, etc.

Any recommendations from folks who have turned a suited connection into an offer (or understand it from the opposite side of the table) would be greatly appreciated.

Background that may be useful: FT 2023, extremely non target (96% acceptance rate), good gpa

Hope everybody reading this has a blessed Friday

Handshake for finance and law specifically, with psychometric assessments built into it. They partner with Baird, Centerview, Ducera, HW, HL, Laz, Lincoln, PJ, PJT, Piper Sandler, Regions, RBC, and WB…honestly a pretty odd assortment when you type out the full list.

Maybe I’m just ignorant though and there’s a common theme here that you (or someone else) might see…

TBH I would see if they reach out and if not, ignore it. Not anything you can do if you don't see the group or contact info. It doesn't mean too much.

I hope you're networking as that is a far better way to get in than relying on Suited. FT 2023 is like... 99% over, so hustle hard for any remaining spots you see online or hear about, and be open to other roles close to IB (corp banking, valuations, etc) given how late the timing is.
