Just wanted to know if all you BofA guys are back in the office or still largely working remote? Seems like most banks had big pushes to come back to the office by September but because of Delta it seems no one is really back at the banks - but wanted intel for Baml specifically.

They are really weird about it. Only some vaccinated people can come into the office. You have to be selected to come back into the office and they say that it is based on a “variety of factors.” Their leadership has really been poor on this whole situation.
First year IB analysts are returning Oct 4th. I think it's the same for other divisions but not too sure.
