Banking or Dev plus Family Business

Little bit of background just graduated and have an offer to join a good MM firm (WB, RJ, Piper) in their tech group studied CS at a nontarget and found tech banking interesting. For fun I interviewed at a F500 company to know what its like in Dev interviews and just practice my skills ended up getting the offer its 2 days in person less than half a hour away from my parents house at 104k in salary+bonus my first year. Through school I have been working at my family's business and we have grown to about 1.5MM in yearly revenue (last years) and on track to hit 2.3 this year and going into another market that in about 7-8 years we could genuinely hit 8-10MM in revenue if things go well. Talking to my dad I could take around 50k in salary from the business and maintain my job working about 30 hours a week. Torn between the 2 choices cuz I worked so hard to get the Banking offer but working on something of my own/ something I will own in the next 15 years seems too good to pass up.
