I was set to come back into the office and had a lease ready to sign but will likely now just wait until early 2022 and continue saving.  Is your bank back on a voluntary basis and if so, what % would you say are back?

Pretty sure there's no timeline on when they want people back in the office. The office that I am familiar with, they are perfectly fine with us working from home or working in the office, no pressure either way.

Part of why the strategy is shaped this way I think has to do with the fact that JefCo lost their CFO very early on to COVID.
