Banks who pay summer associates overtime
I am attending business school this year and planning to recruit for IB NYC. What banks pay summer associates overtime in NYC and what is the structure? or is this more of a cali thing?
If your focus is on how much $ you receive during those 8 - 10 weeks as an Associate intern, then I strongly suggest that you re-prioritize.
Certainly not my focus and i wouldnt choose a shitty group for this alone. Just curious as i have seen several posts about overtime and was curious whether or not this was the norm.
