BarCap Non-Target Superday 2/10

hey, I have not heard back, still waiting....(getting impatient too!!)

i've spoken with 3 other people (2 from superday earlier on the day, 1 who had a superday later) and all 3 have not heard back yet.

kk I guess that's good to know they haven't let people know yet (thought I got dinged for a second)......I know one person who found out, but it was only because he had an exploding offer and let HR know after the interviews

check your pm's. did that person get an offer?

I still haven't heard anything.

How many non-targets do you think they are going to accept?

i think there was another superday going on today, and i know there was one the week before us. no idea though

If that is the case the earliest we will hear back is tomorrow. They probably want to evaluate the candidates who came in today.

I have my first round interview tomorrow so there is probably one more superday to go before they start sending out offer (unless you have an exploding offer).
