SA AT Barclays now. Heard from a full time 100%
But offers will be given out this Friday. So eagerly waiting myself. Any input on accepting an offer and securing same group. Am I accepting an offer into same group as full time or a general offer. How to avoid group placement and background check again?

Return offer is generalist and you have to go through group placement, but 90% of people end up in the same group. Usually only openings in coverage are from people leaving the bank.
Any insight on return rates for the markets divison? Also does HR select who gets an offer or not or is it the bankers?

actually? Another poster above said the rates were 100%? Is this troll?
A few people I know of did not get return offers, 100% offer rate is fake news
What is the approx offer rate?
to interns that got offers, do we think Barclays is going to bump from $100k to $110k like Gugg? I would've thought rest of the BBs would follow GS's lead in comp, as historically have always been aligned.
When was street aligned to GS?
just base comp has always been $75k across BBs and then all BBs moved to $85k more recently, so would've thought $110 would be across the board too?
