Barclays Capital Asia Pacific (HK) SA Interview
Hi,
For those of you who are familiar with Barcap HK, I would really like to gather more information regarding Barcap's operations in Asia and specifically how it differentiates itself from other global banks (essentially why Barcap HK?). I have used the search function already but most information are posted 2/3 years ago and I would like to know if things have changed/improved over the past couple years.
On the other hand, for those monkeys who have gone through Barcap recruiting in HK (or just HK IBD recruiting in general), what is the expected level of difficulty in terms of technical? Any advices would be very much appreciated, Thanks in advance!

I am still waiting to hear back after first round interviews....its been a couple weeks so doesn't look good..
I think they already had their 2nd round a while ago if I remembered right
I had my first round 2 weeks ago...so unless they just had 2nd round last week then it wouldn't be a while ago?
was it through your school or career fair?
it was an application through their website. The first round phone interviews took place exactly 2 weeks ago. They said they might take a week or two..but i am getting worried. I suppose i am dinged already? I guess they usually send out all the rejection letters at the last possible second ?
I'd put in a call asap, or a very well written email.
