Hi, I just interviewed with Barclays Capital, and they told me that they had about 150 kids for summer analyst. Does anyone know how many offers they give for a summer analyst position in S&T in each target school? I know there is about 10-12 kids who are interviewing for S&T at Barcap...and I am just wondering how many will get an offer from them

on the school. according to my buddy who worked for them, Barclays had 160 kids in their intern program in TOTAL last year (including IBD, S&T, ops, tech,etc.) I think they had about 50-60 kids in S&T. Last year, they gave probably 6-8 offers in my school (target ivy) but only 4 kids took them. But some of their other targets had a good chunk of kids there anywhere from 4-8. Depends on the school (I think they heavily favor places like UVA, Georgetown, Dartmouth, and Princeton).
New York or London?
I have heard that for NYC, vanderbilt is one of their top feeders. A buddy of mine told me that they interviewed 12 kids there and like 6 got offers. Only one round. At my school, the analysts who presented were ALL hot girls from schools like Carnegie Mellon and Cornell
