Barclays Chicago?
Does Barclays Chicago have any specific focus areas/sectors? I've searched WSO/their website and haven't turned up much in terms of specifics--would they just be generalist M&A then?
Do some networking and find out, Linkedin is a great tool for this if you don't know anyone in that office yet. Just don't mention that you're a Preds fan lol
Analysts are generalists across 3 sectors: TMT, Paper & Packaging/Forest Products, and Financial Sponsors. Not sure how staffing works across the sectors, though.
