Analyst 1 leading recruiting here. Please do not email me or my colleagues about FT recruiting because we don't know how many spots there are until the 1st/2nd week of September. I will just tell you to follow-up again later on.
So are you planning on only recruiting people that didn’t get return offers? Most people I know with returns have to decide by this week or next. Or do just not care about renegging?

It’s not our choice if we want to interview people who have return offers or not. It’s literally an HR headcount issue… we have no control of this

They just hired a lot of people from SVB. Healthtech and industrial research, banking, and sales all came over. They may have brought over the junior people too
