Barclays IB graduate program team choice

Hi fellow WSO mates,

Just got an offer to join the graduate program at investment banking graduate program at Barclays London office. Wondering what are the teams to choose if I would like to break in UMM/MF?

Teams I am interested:
TMT (heard it’s less sweaty than industrial with fewer deals)
Industrials (seem people I know there work quite sweaty)

Interested if these two teams will give same exit opportunities to UMM/MF? Would prefer a less sweaty team as I heard it’s also very important to take time to prepare for interviews then. Would also prefer a team with less politics (more diverse) and more result driven culture.

Any other teams to recommend? (Eg., healthcare?)

Energy is quite good but it’s mostly infra PE and I would prefer more generalist exit

I have read some posts but they are not specifically targeting into exits, and some are a bit outdated/focusing on US market and not UK market.
