Hi all, I have an offer from Barclays in IB in London and want to know how it stacks up. What base and bonus can I expect as an AVP/Associate and VP, ideally broken down by year, so Associate 1 to 3 and VP 1 to 3? It would also be helpful to hear how Barclays compares with the US bulge brackets and the other European banks in London. Any insight would be much appreciated.
