Hi guys,
I applied for the Equity Research Analyst - Expert Graduate Programme at Barclays, and was invited to their online assessment. I just completed it, and 5 minutes later I got another identical email from them again inviting me to online assessments. The only difference between the 2 emails was the subject line. Are there 2 stages of assessments? All the online resources I’ve found only mention 1, or could this be a delayed reminder email (I waited 3 days to take the first assessment)
Any help or info would be much appreciated!

As far as the game goes, I think it's more of a personality test that's designed to assess your alignment with Barclays core values (that's at least the line of bs HR feeds us...). I think it's a bunch of "Pick the statement you agree with most" type questions, and variations thereof. I focus on banking recruiting, so I'm not sure if the Hirevue questions for ER are different.

were the questions mostly behavioral or were they research based? were they difficult?
For banking, what’s the timeline/next steps after the online assessments/video interview? Round 1-> Superday or are Superdays picked from those assessments/resume reads/networking etc?
Hey there mate, can i ask whats the normal waiting period after doing the video interview? And what exactly do they look at when reviewing it
Again - it's totally variable in terms of waiting period if you're a target school because each one gets a set number of spots and they can fill them as they wish. My school team doesn't even look at the HireVues and we do our own screening interviews prior to a superday.

Does anyone know what the video questions are for IB ‘24 SA? Behavioral or technical? Applied to Toronto and just received the video interview after applying late (recently).
