Barclays phone interview- need help, any info?

I'm also from a non-target, getting ready to send out my resume in September for summer analyst internships. I'd expect more of a fit/behavioral interview. Definitely be prepared to sell yourself on why you're the best fit out of the hundreds of target school apps. Be able to explain relevant internship and experience you've had and make sure to inject bits that make you stand out. I don't know what position you're going for, but I'd also be prepared to speak about current market conditions and know all thecurrent macro events and stats.

Just my opinion, hope it helps. Like I said I'm hoping to land some interviews for next summer and most of what I mentioned above is what I expect for phone interviews. Remember they think you're good enough to schedule a phone interview with, and now you need to communicate why you are the fucking boss, confident, smart, and the man for this position.
