Barclays Tech vs. Consumer vs. Healthcare

anyone have any great insight on how these groups differ in terms of exit opps? I know tech has the most rigorous culture of the three, but wondering how they end up long term

HC & Tech are both solid, equal in exits, Tech probably has slightly more dealflow but that results in definitely worse hours with a few hellish MDs. Both "better" than Consumer, unless you specifically want to move into the Consumer space.

Tech isn't industrials tier of sweaty, but tough nonetheless, the bank's tech people got paid very well for bonuses this past year

Consumers is also a great group, not impossible to get into, but also highly sought after, also has nice exits

Healthcare is great, but difficult to get into, a lot of interest in it all around

Overall, everyone exits well to MM PE or Mega funds (less common, but still at least a couple people per group) these are all great groups and Barclays as a whole doesn't really "lack" anywhere, i.e. it has weaknesses but they're not immediately visible.

everyone makes the same numbers give or take dude, range is $40 to $80 for bonus, with most (50%+) falling in between and leaning upwards. Don't even know why people care, you know you lose most of it to taxes right? lmao
