There are only two teams in Toronto. FIG team and diversified industries team.
Also a mining team. Diversified industries would cover tech

For your second question, from my knowledge, no bank has a dedicated tech team in Canada (it usually merged in with other industries at the big 5 or under diversified for BB/EB).
Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I don't think there's any bank that I can think of in Canada that dominates in tech (no BMO MM equivalent for tech). I'm guessing they all do alright but there's just not enough deal flow in Canada to make it a focus.
