Barclays vs. Citi vs. Jefferies

Healthcare group in nyc, any thoughts on how these three options compare? Culture, deal flows, structure etc.
Citi has many recent wins in HC but not sure how it stacked up as Barclays has strong service coverage

I know a guy who took Jef HC over JPM HC lol. It's Jef's strongest NYC group so I think the appeal is you get a ton of reps on the MM stuff but they also compete for larger deals.

This year they were on a 13bn (Intra-Cellular, Citi on other side), 11bn (stada), a 7bn (Merus, $100mm fee was the largest in healthcare this year), and a handful more in that range. All three of those were top ten largest in healthcare 2025.

Citi's crushing it too I'm not putting them down, just trying to emphasize that a) Jefferies as a whole is starting to do bigger deals and b) their healthcare group has been ahead of the curve on that and competes for pretty much anything in the space. I'm sure it makes it hell to work in that group though
