BB Analyst Pay Bump to 120/130k?
It's been a few years since the analyst base bump to 110k from 85k. With inflation and everything getting more expensive, when do we expect to see the next bump in base for investment banking analysts at BBs? And what do we expect the bump to be - match EBs at 120k or a more significant increase to say 130k?

It took around 7-8 years for the last raise so we're about 5 years out. Assuming AI doesn't change things

Tech recruiting is dry rn, exiting is harder, and consulting is already getting impacted by the general economic environment and A.I.. Simply put, the employer is the one with the leverage rn, not the employee
