BB Asset Based Lending Exit Opps?

I work in ABL at one of the Top 3 ABL lenders (JPM/BofA/WF). I’ll be an A2A promote in January. The pay raise/potential bonus is not what I expected given the amount of hours that I work which has been 60-70 since COVID.

I like ABL, but I feel like my learning has basically plateaued. Most of the lead left transactions I work on at this point are the same and have very similar structures. I was wondering what exits you guys have seen from Asset Based Lending? Is it too late to move at the Associate level?
