BB interview - Asked a trick question by an interviewer?
At a recent interview for a Real Estate IBD position, the interviewer asked me if I would be interested in working on the debt side or the equity side, is this a trick question?
While I've never been in IBD, why would this be a trick question? RE companies need to raise either depending on the circumstance. REIT equities don't appear out of thin air.
