bodybuilding misc phaggot IB is a buzzword among young people but really it isn't what is was in the past. a recruiter told me to get into IB you need about 5 years relevant xp + CFA or MBA. and that's starting as an analyst. the best way to get into banking is to have good xp and job references and of course network.
