BB SA Class Size
Someone started this for EBs. I’m curious to see the numbers for BBs. Preferably IB SA only. Offer rates would be cool too

Had friends at every BB last summer, Citi/Barclays seem to consistently have the highest return offer rates. Not a BB but Jefferies was also high.
Heard Barclays has a high offer rate (around 80%+)
Citi NY SA is ~75 (not including FIG which recruits separately)
They aim to return everyone so it's above 90% most years I believe
100% if you are good and work hard.
What are the sizes of the SA classes for each bank?
Is this DB/UBS/RBC? Pretty sure the American BBs are larger.
curious on these three
What about CS and what are their return rates like?
Also interested in return rates for some of the more desirable groups like Sponsors, Lev Fin, and TMT
bump what are CS return rates for S&T
Barclays and CS had 90% during my summer internship, JPM/GS/MS/BAML were much lower, don't remember citi
By much lower do you mean like 50%-60% for JPM/GS/MS? That's the number that's been commonly floated.
What do all the kids that strike out even do? I imagine only a tiny portion re-recruit for FT successfully.
MS Classic IB industry and M&A must be around 75 SAs, add to that another 20-30 capital markets and a handful of people in the regional offices (3-4 Chicago, 6-8 SF, 4-6 Houston).
Offer rate tends to differ by specific team, but I would think around 70-80% (i.e. the groups that had 4-5 interns might not give 1 person an offer and the groups with 7-10 interns might not give 2 people offers).
