Interviewed with them a while back. Very small boutique, probably ~20 bankers total, but growing. They're a merchant bank, meaning they do a combination of advisory and investing. Analysts do zero pitching from what I remember, and they mostly rely on getting a handful (meaning anywhere from 1-5) of larger, mainly Industrials sell-side mandates under their belts each year to fund their investing activity. They do OCR at a couple Ivy's. Good group of guys, I enjoyed my conversations with them. They definitely skew toward the fratty/bro-y side.
How do they compare to a place like Raine, Incentrum, Foros, and Broadhaven? Can analysts at these shops still get looks from HH for UMM / MF opps assuming they come from strong targets with top credentials?
