Best books
Hello all, I know there is some feeds on books. However I would like to know some of the best books on the -analysts positions -M&A - IB -PE -PWM Just wondering if any of these topics have outstanding books which are must reads for the student looking into the industry. Thank you!
I think the best one that a lot of analysts (ones that are arrogant) can read is "How Not to Be a Dick: An Everyday Etiquette Guide." If you fall in this category then I recommend you read this book.
Don't think this title fits me, I am more of a timid, but willing to put myself out their when necessary. Any books with just basic and or comprehensive details in any of the topics I mentioned? Thanks!
Solid books on investment banking and valuation are:
Investment Banking: Valuation, Leveraged Buyouts, and Mergers & Acquisitions by Rosenbaum
The Practitioner's Guide to Investment Banking, Mergers & Acquisitions, corporate finance
One book has been tremendously insightful to me as I've progressed through my career...
It's called FIFTY SHADES OF GREY by E.L. James, its an excellent read!
Thank you for the suggestions!
for M&A - Merger Arbitrage by Melka & Shabi
