There’s a book called “The Art of M&A Structuring”. Easily findable on Amazon and it’s something like $30. It’s part of a series of other “The Art of M&A...” books. There are tidbits of real world examples, but no extensive case studies. It’s written in a Q&A format, which makes it conducive to skipping around topics as needed. Has chapters on legal and accounting considerations, taxes, special situations, joint ventures etc. Biggest complaints are that it’s kinda old (written in 2004 I think) so some things are outdated, and that it’s incredibly boring (that’s coming from someone who enjoys reading these things; the format of the book makes that more palatable though).
