Best Chicago BBs / EBs To Exit To MF Chicago Buyside Or NYC Buyside?

Have a few offers from Chicago based investment banks with my long-term goal to end up in MF Buyside in Chicago or preferably New York (More firms out there) and was wondering what offers to go with. Have offers from banks like LazardBank of America, and Greenhill being the investment banks here

Greenhill Chicago has placed extremely well into the buy side the last several years

How do exits look if you don't mind me asking? Are they mainly Chicago based or some solid NYC firms in there to? Really appriciate it, thanks!

Never interviewed w Gugg - What would be better for UMM / MF PE, Lazard or Greenhill Chi?
