Best cities to target for recruiting in these times?
Obviously NYC is on top, but have recently read that Chicago is declining while Dallas is trending up for finance roles. Interested to see where perspectives are for best cities to recruit for IB.
Best cities to target? I mean there is no best city. NYC is obviously the hub for everything with a few select cities specializing in certain industries (houston for O&G, SF for tech, etc.). Obviously certain offices will be less competitive than others but i wouldn't recommend applying to ib in charlotte if you don't actually want to live in charlotte. Plus i think those offices have a bias towards locals/local colleges anyways.
