Best C&R team in Chicago?

After spending 3 years in TMT, I realized that I really want to do C&R because the business model is usually much easier to understand. What’s the best C&R team in Chicago?

Are you doing TMT in CHI?

Based on previous threads, JPM supposedly has a consumer team, and I think that's the only one out of the BBs (not sure about EBs). I think GS has a couple seniors who are focused on consumers but don't think they have an official team that's dedicated to consumer there

I don’t care about prestige, just some where that have good pay $175k plus 80% bonus range. No more than 60-70 hours a week and decent lifestyle. Somewhere that have good culture and want to stay long term to become MD.

Not nearly as prestigious as it used to be, feels like their best years are behind them. Plus, there are three MDs in the group who are the sweatiest guys at Baird. A few of the MDs are chill, but if you get the wrong project, you'll burn out in a year.
