Best culture for BB and EB?
Can anyone comment on best overall culture for their firms? Culture as in how friendly people are / camaraderie, etc. I know some banks have reputations (ie, folks from MS have sticks up their asses, UBS are entitled and european, Barcap and Citi are frat houses...) but can anyone actually comment about this?
For the BBs, given how big they are it is going to be group dependent. Also depends on location e.g. nyc vs LA vs London vs HKG etc
