Can anyone comment on best overall culture for their firms? Culture as in how friendly people are / camaraderie, etc. I know some banks have reputations (ie, folks from MS have sticks up their asses, UBS are entitled and european, Barcap and Citi are frat houses...) but can anyone actually comment about this?
