Best DB HK team for exit

Am an incoming analyst at DB IBD in their HK office and need some advice on selecting groups. I’m thinking to choose between diversified industries, TMT, FSG, and Infra. I aim to exit to a buyout fund in 3 years and would appreciate if anyone can share some insights in terms of culture, exit, and exposure of each group. Thanks!!
