Best Exit Opps You've Seen After 1st Year

Pretty common topic but haven't seen too much lately, current 1st year analyst at a BB looking to hopefully exit next summer/fall. I'm curious what type of exits people have made after their first year (I know most buyside stuff is probably out if you leave that early) looking for inspiration for networking / general exploration of roles that would look fondly on banking experience.
