Definitely not Power and Renewables. I had an interview with them that went horribly. I felt like I was answering all the questions correctly but the Associate interviewing me was just a dick. We did not mesh at all
Was everybody on the team a dick? Never seen them on a power deal
Always heard that LevFin, TMT, and Healthcare were the main ones. Not sure how they rank amongst themselves though

Had a few friends work there. Lev Fin -> TMT -> Industrials / Healthcare -> Consumer -> Everything else
M&A group was best at STRH pre-merger but got cut as part of the reorg. Wouldn't do anything there below the Industrials / Healthcare tier unless you're using it to lateral. Lev Fin's pretty sweaty relative to the rest of the bank.
