JPM / RTH / jefferies probably top 3 by deal volume. All teams with effectively 4 MDs, cover a lot of ground

All very heavily sponsor business, JPM has also super corporate coverage

BAML top notch but more corporate focused. 3 MDs i think, some great DACH connectivity

MS doing some more PE but also quite corporate focused - great deals though. 2-3 MDs

GS less visible on sponsor deals 2 MDs but broader top corporate coverage

Centerview curious about how much truly done in Uk vs US, but advised on some large EU buyers last year. Hard to go wrong with it. 3 MDs

PJT and Evercore similar: top notch corporate deals, some star Mds, some great / impressive people at both.

Moelis is killing it considering the team is 1 year old - former co head of MS HC running it. But small team

Lazard has solid dealflow, culture is a bit erratic. New head is bringing new strategy

DB, Citi a bit chaotic these days, some good people and deals though - for different reasons

Barclays & HSBC have plus & minuses, so does Nomura, RBC, Piper Jaffray, PWP, BNP

If you have specific questions, MP

Depends your level, experience, what you’re looking for… happy to help
