Just curious about how you figured out which industry group you wanted to focus on and which industries you think are the most interesting? (This is for LDN)

'Best groups' may vary based on personal preferences (i'd rather be in Consumer or LevFin rather than TMT, but that's just me); however, I would try to go to the best group at your bank (better deal flow, better exit ops, maybe better bonuses etc.)
