I'm a non-diversity sophomore at a super non-target with a good amount of experience and offers for fall and spring, just need to lock down a sophomore summer internship. Since diversity programs at top banks are a no-go for me, I'd still like to end up with some solid experience next summer as junior summer recruiting kicks off. Are there any LA-based, decently well-known shops that accept sophomore interns with my type of background?
