Best places to live as an intern in Chicago?
Was wondering if anyone has experience or recommendations for summer living in Chicago? I will be interning there this summer and am looking for places to stay in the Loop or possibly River North. Thanks.

River North has a ton of nice buildings, 12-15 minute walk to work, right near River and tons of restaurants and bars that will be hoppin' in the summer.
If you want quieter, Streeterville not as active, but nice area with nice buildings and also walking distance to Loop.

Don't know what your budget is. Just google "best buildings in River North/Streeterville" and a ton will come up. Again, you're probably going to be looking at different buildings than a FT person because it's short-term. There used to be some short term buildings on the Loyola campus in Gold Coast and one near Milenium Park that was sort of dorm where lot of Chicago interns stayed. That might be fun - that one's called The Buckingham.
But again, for better location, might want to try 2-3 month Airbnb in River North or Streeterville. Just do some research.
