In the process of recruiting for REIB summer internships. What are the best REGL groups on the street right now? In terms of deal flow and exits.

Based off looking at exits on LinkedIn, it seems that MS, BAML, Citi, BarCap, CS, DB all have consistently good exits for the real asset space. From my understanding, one bank doesn't "stick out" in particular though.
Generally, it also makes sense to go to a BB for REGL coverage as there is so much lending activity needed in the space.
Really? MS REIB has the same exits as DB REIB?
Db actually does really well with exits from RE
Which banks have the most consistent deal flow in 2020?

I know MS real estate is really solid but the group just does real estate. Gaming is covered by Media & Comms I believe, and leisure and lodging by C&R
