Best sites to get detailed information on deals??
The topic is pretty self-explanatory. Looking for the best sites that professionals or (anyone interested in IB) use to get information about any recent deals ranging from M&A, restructuring deals, IPO's, etc.
Also, I currently use WSJ but find myself only reading about blockbuster deals. I want to read more on the deals that are relatively smaller and don't necessarily get a lot of traction by the media. Am I just not looking in the right direction in WSJ or are there better sources?
Bump
Seeking Alpha has M&A news. That should cover most listed companies.
There's also reuters, pitchbook, themiddlemarket, etc.
Obviously these are nowhere near as convenient as mergermarket/ other paid sites but it's a good start.
