Best way to prep for CIM based case study?

As the title suggests, I'm anticipating having to do a CIM based case study where I'll be given a certain amount of time to look one over and then have to answer questions from interviewers based on it. I recently completed my summer analyst stint so I've been exposed to a bunch of CIM's and feel like I'm well equipped to be able handle  questions like this but am wondering if there's any resources out there I can leverage in the meantime to make sure I'm prepared. Thanks.

I just did one of these for an UMM firm - you can expect the following based on my experience and what my current firm typically looks for:

- High level overview on the business that touches on what the company actually does and their financial profile

- Key investment considerations and why they would be attractive to a buyer

- Your thoughts and insight on historical performance and financial outlook

- Risks associated with the business and how you would position around them

- How you would run the process (sell now, time of year to sell, anything that would detract from selling now, etc.)

- Different types of buyers you would include on a buyer list

Good luck!
