Funniest

I hear RX is mostly very relaxed, see them gallivanting around coffee shops all the time, must be all the free time they have.

You need to find groups with no deal flow (need to have intel from someone in the group themselves). Once you find the group, network your butt off as open roles rarely come up in groups like this. Once you get on the good wlb team, you need to stay as long as possible (minimum make it to VP) before leaving to go to an actual good group where you can boss around A/As and continue to chill.

Best place to looks is weak groups in low to mid tier BBs, ECM, Sponsors Relationship coverage, etc

Sponsors are very sick for this at the European BBs (at least for NYC). At all of them, sponsors are a top group/the best group and work less than other groups including the peer LevFin with better exits for PE. Good seat if you can get it. I think the only exception is UBS since I believe they combine the two groups but know this is true for Barclays/DB

Friend interned there and they were bing chilling. Worked even less than RBC's ECM team
