Is it possible to find the beta for individual hotel assets? I have access to the income statement. For example can you find the beta of a Mariott in a specific county?

You could run a regression of the hotel's change in EBITDA against global GDP growth (assuming your portfolio is based on global GDP in aggregate). The more historic data you have notionally increases the reliability, but any fundamental changes over the historic period which would alter the correlation would undermine the reliability.
For example, if the hotel was in a location that had become more popular in the last few years for a reason not directly related to GDP growth, the nature of the correlation has changed ie the beta has changed.
