BGL Chicago?
Know there has been some negativity around BGL on here. Have heard the culture has improved specifically within the CHI office the last few years, also heard base was raised to 100 and bonuses were ~60-100% of base for 2021.
Curious as if anyone else has heard of improvements in office / deal flow / etc.
Have a 1st round coming up within the next few weeks.
