Big 4.... M&A/CorpFin???

How do the Big 4 (KPMG, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Deloitte, Ernst & Young) M&A/Corporate Finance teams compare to BB investment banking M&A, in terms of deal volume/size, culture, hours, PAY, etc?

Do a search, there has been a lot said about this subject already. But from what I can remember I think you are looking at around 55-60k base with a very minimal bonus (under 10k), hours 50-60. The real money doesn't come in until you make partner 10 years down the road and even then it can't really compare to banking. I've heard partners make 250-500k
