Big 5 IB Junior Comp
Can anyone break down updated IB comp at Big 5 banks in Canada for AN1, AN2, and AS1? Base + Bonus? Mostly interested to see what the base step-up is from AN1 and AS1 across firms. Thanks

AN1 base = $95k
AN1 bonus = $75-90k
AS1 base = $135k
AS1 bonus = Around 100% of base
Any data points on AN2 breakdown?
At my bank (Big 5), base remains the same throughout analyst years but bonus increases by approx. $15k.
Also, these comp figures are pretty consistent across every office of my bank in Canada (no material delta between Toronto, Montreal, Calgary, Vancouver, etc.)

My bank increased comp by 5K so AN1 is now making 100K

Would it be fair to say that $100K CAD is now street comp for base salaries at the Big 5?
Also does anyone have insight as to where mid-market focused shops such as Big 4 accounting M&A or shops like Origin Merchant or CIBC mid-market IB etc. are paying and whether they have stepped up comp in suit with others over the last year or so?
