Has anyone managed to transfer from Audit to BB IB (without an MBA)? I’m a Senior Associate, with good performance reviews, Level 2 CFA, and passionate about IB.
Any advice on how to transfer across? Is an MBA essential to make this move? I’ve heard folks move from Audit to FDD/Valuations, but I’ve not seen them go into BB IB from there.
