Which of these two is looked more favourably upon in IB BB recruitment.
Also, where can I expect to learn more relevant stuff for IB?
I would appreciate if someone would clarify why is one better than another. Any thoughts where would Big4 Valuation or Due Dilligence come on the rank list?

Big 4 CorpFin/M&A is IBD, TAS/FAS is not

i always thought that M&A/CorpFin groups do only execution, and that TAS/FAS is considered "more prestigious" and more relevant (in terms of what you learn there) to IB
Big 4 M&A/CorpFin teams are investment bankers. They do M&A and capital raising, generally for MM companies.
TAS is not more prestigious than anything IB. It is more prestigious than audit or tax.
