Hi all! I know this would be a long shot but I've recently been tasked to do a Biotech M&A Info Memo (Public Company, thus inclusive of EPS Accretion/Dilution analysis) in America. Would have anyone have some templates?

If it helps, the company has two drugs. One in Clinical Phase III and another in Phase I.
My $0.02 but don't waste your energy and time on the Phase I compound because statistically speaking, the probability of it hitting the market is extremely low at this stage
Agreed. Also just super distant and not a realistic driver of value. Should be viewed more as an upside item but not as a core factor.
